Job Description

Role Overview This is a senior executive opportunity for a visionary leader to take full ownership of the Digital Enterprise Platforms and Digital Channels business across the Eastern Hemisphere. As SVP and Business Head, you will architect growth and profitability for a $100M+ portfolio, bridging legacy core banking systems with the future of agentic and embedded finance. You will position the organisation as the transformation partner of choice for Tier-1 banks and Tier-0 Fintechs across GCC, Southeast Asia, and India. Key Responsibilities - Own end-to-end P&L including revenue, gross margins, and EBIT for the Eastern Hemisphere business unit - Drive the strategic shift from traditional services revenue to high-margin Platform-as-a-Service and API-based annuity models - Lead negotiations for complex multi-year digital transformation deals ensuring commercial viability and risk management - Define and execute agentic experience strategies, transitioning customers from conventional GUI interfaces to autonomous AI-driven journeys - Build a go-to-market strategy for Banking-as-a-Service, embedding banking capabilities into regional Super-Apps such as Grab, Careem, and PhonePe - Implement predictive AI-powered optichannel orchestration to maximise customer engagement and conversion - Define a three-year regional growth roadmap for high-potential corridors across GCC, Southeast Asia, and India - Strengthen co-sell alliances with hyperscalers such as AWS and Azure and core banking platforms including Temenos, Mambu, and Thought Machine - Act as a trusted strategic advisor to Bank CEOs, CTOs, and COOs, guiding board-level digital transformation agendas - Represent the organisation at key regional forums including Singapore Fintech Festival and ADGM or DIFC events - Recruit, mentor, and build a high-performance multidisciplinary team across sales, digital architecture, and delivery - Establish Digital Factory models enabling clients to move from concept to production in weeks Required Qualifications - 15 to 27 years of experience in BFSI, Fintech, or Digital Consulting - Demonstrated track record of managing a $20M or larger P&L with consistent double-digit growth - Deep expertise in core banking modernisation, digital wallets, real-time payments such as UPI or Aani, and cloud-native architectures - Strong commercial acumen with expertise in value-based pricing and outcome-linked commercial models - Proven ability to navigate diverse business cultures across APAC and MEA regions - Experience in digital channel strategy and enterprise platform sales at the CXO level Why Join Us This role offers an unmatched opportunity to lead one of the most strategically significant digital banking mandates across the Eastern Hemisphere. Requirements

- 15 to 27 years of experience in BFSI, Fintech, or Digital Consulting - Proven P&L management experience with $20M or larger portfolio - Expertise in core banking modernisation and digital channel strategy - Strong knowledge of digital wallets and real-time payment systems such as UPI - Hands-on experience with cloud-native architectures and AI-driven platforms - Experience structuring complex multi-year enterprise transformation deals - CXO-level relationship management and executive communication skills - Value-based and outcome-linked commercial pricing expertise - Cultural intelligence to operate across APAC and MEA markets - Familiarity with platforms such as Temenos, Mambu, or Thought Machine - Experience working with hyperscalers such as AWS or Azure in a co-sell capacity
