Business Head - Digital Banking (SVP, Eastern Hemisphere)

Role Overview This is a senior executive opportunity for an accomplished digital banking leader to take full ownership of the Digital Enterprise Platforms and Digital Channels business across the Eastern Hemisphere. As SVP and Business Head, you will drive a $100M+ P&L portfolio, shaping the organization into the transformation partner of choice for Tier-1 banks and Tier-0 Fintechs. You will bridge the gap between legacy core banking systems and the emerging world of agentic finance, embedded banking, and API-first platforms. Key Responsibilities - Own end-to-end P&L for the Eastern Hemisphere, driving revenue, gross margins, and EBIT targets with consistent double-digit growth - Lead the shift from traditional services revenue to high-margin Platform-as-a-Service and API-based annuity models - Structure and negotiate complex multi-year digital transformation deals ensuring commercial viability and risk management - Define and execute 3-year regional growth strategies across high-potential corridors including GCC, Southeast Asia, and India - Drive agentic AI experience design, replacing GUI-led journeys with autonomous agent-led customer interactions - Build the go-to-market strategy for Banking-as-a-Service, integrating banking capabilities into regional super-apps - Strengthen co-sell alliances with hyperscalers such as AWS and Azure, and core banking platforms including Temenos, Mambu, and Thought Machine - Act as a trusted advisor to Bank CEOs, CTOs, and COOs, guiding board-level digital transformation agendas - Represent the organization at major regional forums such as the Singapore Fintech Festival and ADGM or DIFC events - Recruit, mentor, and build a high-performance team across Sales, Digital Architecture, and Delivery - Establish Digital Factory models enabling clients to move from concept to code in weeks Required Qualifications - 15 to 27 years of experience in BFSI, Fintech, or Digital Consulting - Proven track record of managing a $20M+ P&L with sustained growth - Deep domain expertise in Core Banking Modernization, Digital Wallets, Real-time Payments such as UPI and Aani, and cloud-native architectures - Strong commercial acumen with hands-on experience in value-based pricing and outcome-linked commercial models - Demonstrated ability to lead in culturally diverse business environments across APAC and MEA regions - Mandatory experience in Digital Banking and P&L management Why Join Us This role offers a rare opportunity to shape the digital banking landscape across an entire hemisphere at the highest executive level.
