SAP FICO Lead

Role Overview We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Lead to take charge of end-to-end implementation, support, and enhancement of SAP Financial and Controlling modules. You will be responsible for gathering business requirements, performing gap analysis, designing efficient financial processes, and leading cross-functional teams to deliver robust SAP FICO solutions. Key Responsibilities - Lead end-to-end implementation and support of SAP FICO modules including FI and CO configurations - Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, perform gap analysis, and design optimized financial processes - Configure and manage FI modules such as Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Asset Accounting, and Banking interfaces - Configure and manage CO modules including Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, CO-PA profitability analysis, and Internal Orders - Work closely with cross-functional teams from MM, SD, and PP modules to ensure seamless integration and smooth process flow - Prepare functional specifications, coordinate testing activities including unit testing, system integration testing, and user acceptance testing - Lead cutover activities and provide comprehensive post-go-live support to ensure smooth transition Required Qualifications - 7 to 11 years of proven experience as an SAP FICO Consultant - Strong expertise in SAP FI and CO configuration, integration, month-end and year-end activities - Hands-on experience with GST compliance, Asset Accounting, Banking interfaces, and CO-PA profitability analysis - Demonstrated track record of multiple end-to-end SAP implementations and complex support projects - Strong skills in requirement gathering, solution design, functional documentation, testing, and user training - Excellent coordination abilities with technical ABAP teams and proven problem-solving capabilities - Any graduation or postgraduate degree from a recognized institution Why Join Us Capgemini empowers you to shape your career in a way that suits your aspirations while being supported by a collaborative global community.
