SAP FICO Consultant

Role Overview Tata Consultancy Services is looking for an experienced SAP FICO Consultant to join its team in Hyderabad on a full-time, permanent basis. The ideal candidate will bring strong hands-on expertise in SAP Financial Accounting and Controlling modules, along with exposure to SAP HANA or S/4HANA environments. This is an excellent opportunity to work with one of India's largest IT consulting firms on large-scale implementation and support engagements. Key Responsibilities - Implement and provide ongoing support for SAP FI and CO modules across client environments - Handle configuration and troubleshooting across GL, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, and Profit Center Accounting - Manage integration touchpoints between SAP FICO and other SAP modules including MM and SD - Participate in SAP HANA migration or S/4HANA transformation projects - Conduct requirement gathering sessions with clients and translate business needs into functional specifications - Carry out end-to-end configuration, unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing - Provide post-go-live support and end-user training as needed - Prepare detailed functional specification documents for custom development requests Required Qualifications - Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience in SAP FICO configuration and support - Proven experience working on SAP HANA or S/4HANA projects - Sound understanding of end-to-end finance and controlling business processes - Prior experience in at least one full-cycle SAP implementation or large-scale support project - Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills - Any graduate degree from a recognised university Why Join Us Tata Consultancy Services offers a dynamic and collaborative work environment where you can grow your SAP expertise on enterprise-grade projects across diverse industries.
