SAP FICO Consultant

Role Overview Tata Consultancy Services is hiring experienced SAP FICO Consultants for a walk-in drive across Hyderabad, Mumbai, and Chennai. This is a full-time permanent opportunity for professionals with strong hands-on expertise in SAP Financial Accounting and Controlling, ideally within an S/4HANA environment. TCS is looking for driven individuals who can contribute to complex SAP implementations and collaborate effectively across business functions. Key Responsibilities - Lead and support full lifecycle SAP FICO implementations from design through go-live - Configure and manage FI modules including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Asset Accounting - Handle CO module configuration covering Cost Centre Accounting, Profit Centre Accounting, and COPA basics - Work closely with cross-functional teams to manage integration with MM, SD, and taxation modules - Ensure compliance with GST and local taxation requirements for India-based operations - Analyse business requirements and translate them into effective SAP FICO solutions - Provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting for SAP FICO-related issues Required Qualifications - Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP FICO, preferably in an S/4HANA environment - Proven experience in at least 1 to 2 end-to-end SAP implementation projects - Strong understanding of financial accounting principles and management controlling concepts - Working knowledge of GST and Indian taxation requirements - Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills - Any graduate degree is acceptable Why Join Us TCS is one of India's most respected IT services organisations, offering a dynamic work environment, global project exposure, and strong career growth opportunities. - 5 to 12 years of SAP FICO experience - Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA - FI configuration skills covering GL, AP, AR, and Asset Accounting - CO configuration skills covering CCA, PCA, and COPA - Experience in at least 1-2 full lifecycle SAP implementations - Integration knowledge across MM, SD, and Taxation modules - Knowledge of GST and Indian local taxation - Strong analytical and problem-solving ability - Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment - Any graduate degree
