SAP FICO Consultant

Role Overview Infosys is looking for an experienced SAP FICO Consultant to join its Enterprise Package Application Services practice. This is a senior consulting role where you will drive end-to-end SAP FICO engagements, helping clients across industries navigate their digital transformation journey. You will work at the intersection of finance and technology, delivering high-quality solutions from initial problem definition all the way through to deployment. Key Responsibilities - Lead consulting engagements across the full lifecycle, from problem definition and diagnosis to solution design, development, and go-live deployment - Review proposals and solution designs prepared by junior consultants, identify potential risks, and provide structured guidance to the team - Define change management strategies and communicate transformation plans to clients using appropriate and effective communication channels - Coach and mentor team members, provide subject matter expertise training, and deliver timely feedback and recognition to drive high performance - Collaborate with clients to identify business challenges, analyze relevant data, and contribute to high-quality, value-adding client deliverables - Assess existing processes, identify areas for improvement, and recommend suitable SAP technology solutions aligned to client goals - Stay current with the latest SAP trends and technologies, and apply industry domain knowledge to strengthen client engagements - Contribute actively to unit-level and organizational initiatives within Infosys Required Qualifications - Minimum 9 years of hands-on SAP FICO experience with strong integration knowledge across MM and SD modules - Proven understanding of key process flows including Order to Cash, Purchase to Pay, and Availability to Produce - Hands-on configuration experience in AR, AP, General Ledger, Asset Accounting, Product Costing, FSCM, and COPA - Ability to independently write detailed Functional Specifications and manage custom object development and deployment - Experience in at least one full end-to-end SAP implementation project - Exposure to Concur, Travel and Expense modules, industry-specific solutions, and direct client-facing roles is a strong advantage - Proficiency in SAP Finance and SAP Controlling is preferred - Bachelor of Engineering or equivalent graduate or postgraduate qualification Why Join Us Infosys offers a dynamic, global work environment where you can sharpen your consulting skills and contribute to transformative digital projects across leading enterprises.
