SAP FICO Consultant

Role Overview We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Consultant to join our team at Tata Consultancy Services. In this role, you will configure and implement SAP Financial Accounting and Controlling modules while managing end-to-end finance processes for our clients. You will be responsible for gathering business requirements, designing SAP solutions, and supporting complex financial implementations across multiple organizations. Key Responsibilities - Configure and implement SAP FI and CO modules including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, and Bank Accounting - Design and configure Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Product Costing, and Profitability Analysis components - Gather and analyze business requirements and map them to appropriate SAP solutions - Manage end-to-end finance processes including period-end and year-end closing procedures - Handle data migration, master data management, and establish validation rules - Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with ABAP development teams for custom enhancements - Support interfaces, reports, enhancements, and RICEF objects throughout the project lifecycle - Troubleshoot production issues and perform detailed root-cause analysis - Participate in implementation, rollout, upgrade, and support projects for various clients - Assist in audit preparation, compliance verification, and regulatory reporting requirements Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in any discipline - 5 to 10 years of professional experience in SAP FICO implementations - Strong expertise in SAP FI and CO module configuration - Demonstrated knowledge of GL, AP, AR, AA, CCA, PCA, and COPA Why Join Us Tata Consultancy Services offers a dynamic environment where you can work on diverse global projects and contribute to financial transformation initiatives across industries.
