Salesforce Data Migration Specialist

Role Overview Tech Mahindra is seeking a skilled Salesforce Data Migration Specialist to join our enterprise IT consulting team in Bengaluru. In this position, you will lead complex data migration projects, transferring crucial business datasets from Guidewire and MongoDB systems into Salesforce. You will ensure data integrity, maintain system performance, and design high-quality data mapping models across the Salesforce insurance ecosystem. Key Responsibilities - Design and execute data migration strategies to import high-volume datasets from MongoDB and Guidewire to Salesforce - Map and align data fields including leads, quotes, accounts, contacts, interactions, and post-bind policy lifecycle components - Ensure data validation, cleanup, deduplication, and accuracy before, during, and after migration cycles - Leverage Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) features specifically tailored for the insurance domain - Collaborate with developers, database administrators, and business analysts to troubleshoot migration issues and refine migration pipelines - Create detailed migration reports, data dictionary mappings, and system documentation Required Qualifications - At least 1 year of hands-on experience working with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) in the insurance domain - Minimum of 2 years of experience working with Salesforce data structures, covering leads, quotes, accounts, and contact objects - At least 2 years of experience managing complex data migrations from Guidewire to Salesforce - Minimum of 2 years of experience performing data migrations from MongoDB to Salesforce databases - Exceptional analytical and query skills, with deep knowledge of Salesforce data loading tools and APIs Why Join Us At Tech Mahindra, you will work on large-scale global digital transformation projects alongside industry experts. - Minimum 1 year of experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) Insurance module - Minimum 2 years of experience with Salesforce data models (Leads, Quotes, Accounts, Contacts, Interactions) - Minimum 2 years of experience executing data migrations from Guidewire to Salesforce - Minimum 2 years of experience executing data migrations from MongoDB to Salesforce - Strong expertise in data mapping, extraction, transformation, loading (ETL), and data quality validation - Excellent problem-solving, communication, and client-facing skills
