Product Owner

Role Overview Tech Mahindra is seeking an experienced Product Owner with expertise in Salesforce CPQ and Sales Cloud to join our dynamic team. In this senior role, you will be responsible for defining product roadmaps, translating business needs into detailed user stories, and managing the backlog for global client projects. You will act as the key liaison between business stakeholders, Salesforce developers, and QA teams to drive successful CRM solutions. Key Responsibilities - Define the product vision, roadmap, and key metrics for Salesforce Sales Cloud and CPQ implementations - Collaborate with business stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and prioritize product requirements - Translate business requirements into clear Agile user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical specifications - Own and manage the product backlog, prioritising sprints to deliver maximum business value - Partner with Salesforce developers, architects, and QA engineers to ensure high-quality delivery - Lead sprint planning, reviews, backlog grooming, and daily standups within the Salesforce ecosystem Required Qualifications - Extensive experience working as a Product Owner or Product Manager on Salesforce platforms - Strong hands-on experience and expertise in Salesforce CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) and Sales Cloud - Solid understanding of Agile, Scrum methodologies, and product backlog management tools like Jira - Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills - Salesforce certifications (Salesforce Product Owner, Sales Cloud Consultant, or CPQ Specialist) are a plus Why Join Us Tech Mahindra is a leading global digital transformation and consulting provider. - Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related fields - 10+ years of experience in IT, with a significant portion as a Salesforce Product Owner - Proven expertise in Salesforce CPQ and Salesforce Sales Cloud implementations - Strong experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies and managing product backlogs - Excellent written and verbal communication and stakeholder management skills - Ability to work with cross-functional development and business teams
