Job Description

Role Overview Rohaan Constructions Private Limited is seeking a dynamic and seasoned Sales Project Leader to drive end-to-end sales for Rohaan Bliss, their flagship luxury residential development located in Vengaivasal, Medavakkam, Chennai. This is a senior leadership opportunity ideal for professionals with 15 to 20 years of real estate sales experience in the Chennai market who have a demonstrated history of closing high-value premium residential transactions. The successful candidate will work directly alongside the promoter and leadership team to shape the entire sales function for one of the city's most anticipated luxury residential launches. Key Responsibilities - Lead and execute complete sales revenue generation for the Rohaan Bliss residential project - Plan and drive pre-launch and launch sales campaigns to maximise early bookings and market visibility - Build, expand, and manage a strong network of channel partners and real estate brokers across Chennai - Engage, nurture, and close deals with HNI and NRI buyer segments - Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team to achieve consistent targets - Maintain CRM discipline, ensure accurate reporting, and optimise conversion funnels - Collaborate closely with the marketing team on lead generation initiatives, events, and brand activations Required Qualifications - 15 to 20 years of progressive experience in real estate sales, preferably in Chennai - Deep expertise in selling premium and luxury residential projects with ticket sizes of Rs 1 Crore and above - Established relationships with channel partners, independent brokers, and HNI or NRI client networks - Proven leadership track record managing and scaling high-performing sales teams - Strong understanding of the Chennai residential real estate market and emerging micro-markets - Ability to submit a CV along with details of 2 to 3 successfully sold projects including ticket size, personal role, and total sales volumes achieved Why Join Us This is a rare opportunity to lead the sales function for a landmark luxury residential development and directly influence future projects within a fast-growing premium real estate brand.
