Sales Operations Senior Specialist

Role Overview NTT DATA is looking for a talented and driven Sales Operations Senior Specialist to join its Bangalore team. This role is central to supporting the global advisor relations function by managing data, coordinating program submissions, and maintaining key information repositories that help position NTT DATA effectively with external analysts and advisors. Key Responsibilities - Keep ISG Research teams updated with the latest case studies, service offerings, and catalog details to accurately represent NTT DATA - Facilitate and manage submissions for all ISG awards and recognition programs including Star of Excellence and Paragon Awards - Provide operational support for internal data collection, RFI submissions related to research studies, and compilation of briefing content - Maintain comprehensive internal records for all research study submissions and deliver regular status updates to stakeholders - Support the growth and upkeep of the knowledge base and information center for the advisor relations team Required Qualifications - Proven track record of responding to analyst and advisor queries in a professional setting - Ability to deeply understand and communicate NTT DATA service offerings to analysts, advisors, and prospective clients - Prior experience navigating multiple internal portals and sourcing internal resources to address enquiries - Experience in strategy or IT sourcing advisor or analyst firms, or as an influencer relationship manager in a global IT services organisation is highly preferred - Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex ideas for all levels of management - Self-motivated and detail-oriented with the ability to perform well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment - Good analytical, problem-solving, and organisational abilities - Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree is a plus - Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce, and MS Outlook - Willingness to travel approximately 10 percent as needed Why Join Us NTT DATA is a global technology and business services leader serving 75 percent of the Fortune Global 100, offering employees the opportunity to work in an inclusive, innovation-driven environment with access to cutting-edge projects across AI, cloud, and digital infrastructure.
