Job Description

Role Overview Sresta Natural Bio-Products Pvt Ltd is looking for a motivated and target-driven Sales Executive to manage and grow General Trade sales across the Chennai region. This is an excellent opportunity for FMCG sales professionals who have a strong command over distribution networks, retailer relationships, and territory management. The ideal candidate will play a key role in expanding the brand presence of natural and organic products in one of India's most dynamic markets. Key Responsibilities - Handle primary and secondary sales of FMCG products across the General Trade channel in Chennai - Manage distributor operations including collections, claims processing, and stock replenishment - Build and sustain strong working relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and retail partners - Identify and onboard new General Trade opportunities to expand the distribution network - Ensure consistent stock availability across all distribution touchpoints - Conduct regular market visits to monitor competitor activity, gather retailer feedback, and track consumer trends - Drive regional sales performance and consistently meet or exceed assigned sales targets Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA is preferred) - Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in FMCG sales within the General Trade segment - Demonstrated expertise in territory management, distribution handling, and retail channel development - Strong skills in communication, negotiation, and team leadership - Willingness and ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory Why Join Us Sresta Natural Bio-Products is a leading name in organic and natural FMCG products with a growing presence across India. Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of FMCG sales experience in General Trade - Proficiency in primary and secondary sales management - Experience in distributor and retailer relationship management - Strong negotiation and communication skills - Knowledge of territory and distribution channel management - Ability to track market trends and competitor activity - Willingness to travel extensively within Chennai region - Bachelor's degree in any stream (MBA preferred)
