Role Overview Subhas Publishing House is hiring energetic Sales and Marketing Representatives to expand our educational catalog footprint across Karnataka and Tamil Nadu. In this role, you will visit schools, build relationships with academic heads, and drive textbook adoption for CBSE, ICSE, and State Board curricula. This position is open to both fresh graduates looking to start their sales career and experienced professionals seeking a leadership track. Key Responsibilities - Visit schools across your assigned territory to present our K-12 educational textbooks and materials - Establish and nurture long-term relationships with school principals, academic coordinators, and procurement teams - Follow up on educational leads, process orders, and coordinate with logistics for timely deliveries - Represent Subhas Publishing House at various regional education fairs and book exhibitions - Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through active field engagement and negotiations - Develop regional sales strategies and mentor junior sales executives if hired at the experienced level Required Qualifications - Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills in English - Proficient speaking skills in regional languages, Kannada for Karnataka or Tamil for Tamil Nadu - Energetic, self-motivated, and comfortable with extensive travel within the assigned region - Graduation or Bachelor's degree in any discipline - Minimum 2 years of B2B or educational publishing sales experience for the senior track Why Join Us Join South India's largest educational publishing firm with an 80-year legacy of making a real difference in student learning.
