Sage X3 O2C Techno-Functional Consultant

Role Overview UST is looking for an experienced Sage X3 O2C Techno-Functional Consultant to join their growing team at any UST location. The ideal candidate will bring strong hands-on expertise in Sage X3 ERP along with deep functional knowledge of Order-to-Cash processes. Immediate joiners are highly preferred and will receive priority processing. Key Responsibilities - Configure and customize Sage X3 ERP to meet business and project requirements - Manage and support end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes including Sales Order Management, Pricing, Shipping, Invoicing, and Receivables - Handle customer management tasks and accounts receivable workflows within the ERP system - Design and implement Sage X3 workflows, reports, and system integrations - Utilize Sage X3 development tools and web services for technical customizations - Gather business requirements, design solutions, conduct testing, and provide user support - Collaborate with stakeholders across teams to ensure seamless ERP functionality - Work with REST and SOAP APIs for third-party system integrations where applicable Required Qualifications - Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience with Sage X3 ERP - Strong functional knowledge of Order-to-Cash processes - Proven experience in Sage X3 configuration and techno-functional customization - Familiarity with Sage X3 development tools, workflows, and web services - Solid background in requirement gathering, solution design, and testing - Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities - Knowledge of SQL, database concepts, and reporting tools is an advantage - Exposure to Finance and Supply Chain modules within Sage X3 is preferred - Experience in ERP migration, upgrade, or transformation projects is a plus - Understanding of Agile or Scrum methodologies is desirable Why Join Us UST is a globally recognized technology and digital solutions company offering excellent career growth opportunities and a collaborative work environment.
