GxP System Administrator

Role Overview UST is seeking a skilled GxP System Administrator to join their Cloud Infrastructure Services team in Bengaluru. This role is central to maintaining the day-to-day operations of regulated computerized systems while ensuring compliance with GxP standards, data integrity requirements, and security protocols. The ideal candidate will serve as a critical bridge between IT, Quality, and business teams to drive efficiency and uphold validated system states. Key Responsibilities - Manage user access, roles, and permissions following the principle of least privilege and approved procedures - Ensure timely provisioning, modification, and deactivation of user accounts with periodic access reviews - Perform and document system configuration activities in line with change control processes and approved configurations - Maintain system settings that support audit trails, data integrity, and regulatory compliance - Monitor system health, security events, and audit trails to ensure ongoing GxP compliance - Identify, escalate, and help resolve potential compliance deviations or risks - Support change control activities by providing system impact assessments and execution assistance - Partner with Quality and IT teams to ensure all changes preserve the validated system state - Act as a liaison between IT, Quality, and business users to streamline administrative workflows and reduce bottlenecks Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Life Sciences, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience) - Minimum 5 years of experience in system administration roles - Hands-on experience administering GxP-regulated or compliance-critical systems - Familiarity with data integrity principles and regulatory frameworks such as 21 CFR Part 11 and Annex 11 - Proven experience with access control, configuration management, and system monitoring - Strong documentation skills with keen attention to detail - Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams Why Join Us UST operates across 25 countries with over 26,000 employees, helping the world's leading organizations achieve transformation at scale.
