Associate III - StarLIMS Developer and Application Support

Role Overview UST is looking for a skilled StarLIMS Developer with hands-on application support experience to join their growing engineering and technology team in Bengaluru. In this role, you will be responsible for configuring, developing, and maintaining the STARLIMS Laboratory Information Management System to support clinical and scientific operations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including R&D, clinical operations, and global scientific affairs to ensure LIMS functionality aligns with evolving project requirements. Key Responsibilities - Configure test codes, sample workflows, and instrument interfaces within the STARLIMS platform - Perform system installations, upgrades, and routine maintenance of master data - Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting for STARLIMS-related issues - Oversee integration of STARLIMS with other laboratory and enterprise applications - Collaborate with R&D, clinical operations, and global scientific affairs teams to align LIMS capabilities with project goals - Design and maintain reports and forms using Crystal Reports or native STARLIMS report designers Required Qualifications - Proven experience working with STARLIMS configuration and development - Proficiency in SQL and scripting languages such as JSCRIPT and SSL (STARLIMS Scripting Language) - Experience in application support including troubleshooting and system maintenance - Knowledge of clinical laboratory operations, assay methodologies, and regulatory standards such as CSV and GxP - Experience with Crystal Reports is an added advantage though not mandatory - Ability to work effectively with cross-functional and global teams Why Join Us UST is a global digital transformation solutions company that empowers businesses through technology, innovation, and a people-first culture.
