Reverse Supply Operations RMA Analyst

Role Overview EOS IT Solutions is a globally recognised Technology and Logistics company delivering cutting-edge IT support and collaboration services to some of the largest enterprises across the world. As a Reverse Supply Operations RMA Analyst, you will be at the core of optimising reverse supply chain processes related to IT infrastructure, including the management of returns, repairs, and recycling of networking hardware. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and service providers to ensure seamless and cost-effective reverse supply chain operations. Key Responsibilities - Analyse returned IT products, categorise issues, and coordinate with technical teams for timely resolution - Manage the end-to-end Return Merchandise Authorization RMA process ensuring accuracy and completeness - Troubleshoot supply chain issues by collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders - Coordinate swap and return activities for faulty hardware and track them through to closure - Work with IT support and engineering teams to optimise remanufacturing and repair workflows for networking equipment - Coordinate logistics across warehouses, technicians, vendors, and service providers for timely material movement - Monitor and report on remanufacturing and repair performance metrics - Identify cost-saving opportunities and improvements in repair turnaround times - Use data analysis tools to measure efficiency and KPIs of reverse supply chain operations - Generate regular performance reports and provide actionable recommendations to leadership - Identify process gaps, evaluate root causes, and recommend solutions to improve operational efficiency - Ensure timely escalation of risks, delays, or unresolved issues to the appropriate teams - Collaborate with procurement, quality control, OEMs, and external vendors to maintain smooth reverse logistics operations Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline - Prior experience in IT networking or reverse supply chain operations involving technology products - Strong understanding of IT networking hardware and related technologies - Excellent analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills - Ability to generate meaningful reports and derive actionable insights from operational data Why Join Us EOS IT Solutions takes pride in fostering a diverse, inclusive, and transparent work environment where every employee is valued.
