Role Overview Aarogya Hastha Hospital is seeking qualified and dedicated Resident Medical Officers (RMO) to join our growing clinical team in Bengaluru. This is an excellent opportunity for MBBS graduates and early-career medical professionals to gain hands-on hospital experience across ICU, Ward, and Emergency departments in a dynamic healthcare environment. Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough patient examinations and clinical assessments to determine appropriate care plans. Monitor and track patient health conditions across wards, ICUs, and emergency units on an ongoing basis. Respond promptly and effectively to medical emergencies, applying evidence-based protocols and basic life support techniques. Collaborate closely with senior consultants, specialist physicians, and nursing staff to deliver coordinated, high-quality patient care. Accurately maintain and update patient medical records, treatment notes, and clinical documentation in compliance with hospital standards. Support ICU and emergency care teams during critical interventions and procedures. Implement and uphold infection control practices and patient safety guidelines across all departments. Oversee medication management and ensure correct administration as per prescribed treatment plans. Required Qualifications A strong academic foundation and clinical competence are essential for this role. Candidates must demonstrate the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced hospital setting, exercise sound clinical judgment, and communicate effectively with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams. Requirements

MBBS degree in any specialisation from a recognised medical institution Fresh graduates to candidates with up to 3 years of clinical experience are eligible Strong clinical knowledge and patient assessment capabilities Proficiency in emergency management and critical decision-making Solid understanding of medication management and safe drug administration Working knowledge of infection control practices and hospital hygiene protocols Familiarity with ICU, Ward, and Emergency care procedures Competency in Basic Life Support (BLS) techniques Accurate and thorough medical documentation skills Effective communication skills for interaction with patients, families, and clinical staff Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team Diagnosis and treatment planning abilities across general medicine cases
