Senior Team Leader - RCM (US Healthcare / Physician Billing)

Own team performance against defined KPIs, quality assurance benchmarks, and productivity targets on a daily basis. Handle escalations from clients and internal stakeholders while driving process improvement initiatives. Coach, mentor, and develop team members to build a high-performing, cohesive unit. Oversee the complete billing lifecycle including charge entry, denial management, cash posting, and AR follow-up. Serve as the primary point of contact for client communications, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention. Collaborate across functions to align people, processes, and organizational goals. Drive sustainable operational transformation by effectively balancing technology adoption with a people-first approach. Manage staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation to ensure optimal coverage. Report performance insights, escalations, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership. Required Qualifications A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in US healthcare RCM, with leadership responsibility across both voice and non-voice functions is essential. Strong working knowledge of physician billing, claims adjudication, denial management, and revenue cycle management is required. Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships and deliver on contractual SLAs is expected. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and Word, along with a good typing speed are necessary. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must. A graduate degree in any discipline is required; a postgraduate qualification is an added advantage.
