Job Description

Role Overview Palo Alto Networks is hiring a Renewal Consultant to join their dynamic renewals team in Bengaluru. In this role, you will be at the heart of the company's renewals operations, supporting major and selected enterprise accounts by managing complex data, generating customer-facing pricing quotes, and collaborating closely with Field Sales and Channel Partner teams. This is a high-impact position offering the opportunity to drive meaningful outcomes within one of the world's leading cybersecurity organisations. Key Responsibilities - Analyse installed base and subscription data to proactively identify upcoming renewal opportunities - Clean, validate, and triangulate data across multiple systems to maintain accuracy and integrity - Generate price quotations in line with historical pricing benchmarks and current company standards - Partner with Field Sales and Channel teams to refine and finalise renewal proposals - Support custom pricing requests, exceptions, and cross-functional escalations for major accounts - Address post-sales order administration and renewal processing issues for enterprise clients - Ensure accurate and up-to-date customer data including contacts, registration, and usage records - Recommend automation initiatives and process improvements to enhance speed and operational accuracy - Mentor and share best practices with junior team members as the team scales Required Qualifications - 4 to 7 years of experience in inside sales, renewal sales, sales operations, deal desk, or senior pricing roles - Strong understanding of enterprise sales motion and channel sales models including distributors and resellers - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel including lookups, pivot tables, and logical functions - Hands-on exposure to Salesforce CRM or ERP and CPQ systems - Proven ability to work with large data sets to support renewal strategy and decision-making - Excellent communication skills, business judgment, and meticulous attention to detail - Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment - Familiarity with Power BI, Power Query, PowerPivot, or Tableau is an added advantage Why Join Us Palo Alto Networks offers a mission-driven work culture where innovation, collaboration, and inclusion are at the core of everything they do. Requirements

- 4 to 7 years in inside sales, renewal sales, sales operations, or deal desk roles - Experience with enterprise sales and channel sales models - Advanced Excel skills including lookups, pivot tables, and logic functions - Exposure to Salesforce, ERP, or CPQ platforms - Strong data analysis and decision-making skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to manage complex, high-value commercial deals - Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or Power Query is a plus
