Job Description

Role Overview mea is seeking an experienced Regional Solutions Lead for India based in Bengaluru to drive pre-sales strategy and technical solutioning. In this senior leadership role, you will partner with regional solution leaders to manage and win Proof of Concept (PoC) engagements for enterprise clients. You will build and lead the India PoC team, translating complex insurance workflows into tailored product demonstrations that highlight mea's AI-driven capabilities. Key Responsibilities - Lead and build the India PoC team, coordinating ex-insurance operations experts, developers, and analysts across global time zones - Orchestrate end-to-end PoC engagements, defining success criteria, managing timelines, and aligning stakeholders - Partner with sales executives during client discovery meetings to support complex sales cycles and build confidence - Translate product features into clear, value-driven narratives that align with client business outcomes - Act as the subject matter expert on mea's platform, explaining capabilities and solutioning practical approaches for clients - Collaborate with product and technical teams to ensure proposed solutions are feasible, well-scoped, and optimized for success Required Qualifications - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Business, Insurance, or related field - Minimum 15 years of experience in client-facing pre-sales, solution consulting, or enterprise software delivery - Proven track record of leading a portfolio of PoC engagements and securing enterprise SaaS or insurtech sales - Deep knowledge of insurance operations, underwriting workflows, and automated document processing - Exceptional communication, workshop facilitation, and relationship-building skills with executive stakeholders - Experience working cross-functionally in high-growth, remote-first SaaS environments Why Join Us Join mea to lead pre-sales engineering in one of the most innovative insurtech spaces. Requirements

- 15+ years of experience in client-facing pre-sales, solution consulting, or technical account management - Proven track record of building and managing PoC teams across multiple time zones (US, EMEA, APAC) - Solid understanding of insurance workflows, enterprise SaaS, or AI automation technologies - Strong sales-oriented solutioning skills, with the ability to support complex sales cycles - Excellent organizational and timeline-management skills in a fast-paced environment - High energy and a proactive, autonomous problem-solving attitude
