Role Overview
S3V Vascular Technologies, a fast-growing MedTech innovator specializing in minimally invasive cardiovascular and neurovascular solutions, is hiring two Recruitment Managers to lead talent acquisition across its India operations. Based at Oragadam, Chennai and Mysore, Karnataka, these are immediate-joining, full-time positions reporting to the Head of HR or Director. You will own the end-to-end hiring engine for leadership, commercial, and strategic marketing roles as the company scales its manufacturing and commercial footprint across India and global markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain a proactive, pan-India talent pipeline for Sales and Marketing by tracking high performers across competitor medical device, pharma, and healthcare organizations
- Lead executive search processes for senior management, C-suite, and specialized technical leadership roles while delivering a premium candidate experience throughout
- Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter, clinical networks, and industry forums to identify and engage passive talent beyond conventional job boards
- Partner with Founders, Business Heads, and Sales Leadership to align on headcount requirements, regional market dynamics, and role mandates
- Conduct detailed intake meetings to calibrate job descriptions, define core competencies, and set clear hiring expectations for complex positions
- Own and optimize key recruitment metrics including Time-to-Hire, Cost-per-Hire, Quality of Hire, and Source Mix
- Evaluate, onboard, and manage executive search vendors and consultants to ensure timely delivery within budget
- Maintain accurate, real-time data within the Applicant Tracking System and provide regular analytics reports to the leadership team
- Position S3V as an employer of choice within the Indian MedTech ecosystem by communicating the company's mission, growth trajectory, and patient impact
- Ensure a seamless and transparent candidate experience from first contact through offer negotiation and onboarding
Required Qualifications
- 10 to 15 years of corporate recruitment or executive search experience with at least 5 to 8 years strictly within the Medical Device, MedTech, or Pharmaceutical industries
- Proven success in closing high-value commercial roles such as Area Sales Managers, National Sales Managers, Product Managers, and Marketing Heads
- Demonstrated experience hiring at the leadership level including Directors and Function Heads
- An established, active professional network within the Indian healthcare commercial ecosystem
- MBA or Postgraduate Degree in Human Resources is strongly preferred
- Exceptional negotiation skills with a strong understanding of corporate compensation structuring
- High business acumen, resilience, and an ownership mindset suited to fast-paced, ambiguous scale-up environments

Requirements

- Experience managing external search vendors and recruitment budgets
- MBA or Postgraduate Degree in Human Resources preferred
- Exceptional negotiation and compensation structuring skills
- High business acumen and resilience in fast-paced scale-up environments
