Receptionist and Patient Care Executive

Role Overview Dr Agarwals Eye Hospital is urgently hiring for Receptionist and Patient Care Executive roles across its branches. These positions are ideal for freshers with strong communication skills, a presentable personality, and a genuine interest in patient-facing healthcare operations. You will play a key role in ensuring patients experience seamless, compassionate care from the moment they walk in to the moment they leave. Key Responsibilities - Coordinate with all internal and external departments to ensure smooth daily operations - Manage patient flow and actively work to reduce waiting times and streamline processes - Prepare daily MIS reports and raise branch indents based on operational requirements - Maintain consultation room and investigation room registers including FFA, Auto Perimeter, B-Scan, Laser, and Doctor registers - Monitor employee attendance, track staff leave and timings, and arrange alternative staff or doctors when needed - Attend to patient complaints personally, resolve concerns, and maintain high standards of patient satisfaction - Drive adherence to Standard Operating Procedures to ensure service excellence - Track branch performance and support overall healthcare operations in the assigned location Required Qualifications - Any graduate from a recognised university - Freshers are welcome to apply; prior experience in front desk or patient care is an advantage - Excellent verbal communication skills and a professional, presentable appearance - Ability to multitask, manage patient interactions, and coordinate across departments - Basic computer proficiency for maintaining registers and MIS reporting - Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service and patient relations Why Join Us Dr Agarwals Eye Hospital is one of India's most respected eye care chains, offering a structured and supportive work environment with real growth opportunities.
