Role Overview
Saisystems Health is looking for a Senior Team Leader to lead its Revenue Cycle Management operations in Chennai. This is a high-impact role combining operational leadership, client management, and process automation to drive measurable revenue outcomes. The ideal candidate will bring deep end-to-end RCM expertise and a strong ability to manage large healthcare accounts while mentoring and developing a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the complete RCM workflow including Enrollment, Billing, Claims, Follow-up, Denials, Payments, and Reporting
- Monitor and maintain First Pass Resolution Rate at or above 95 percent
- Ensure monthly collection targets of 100 percent are consistently achieved within 30 days of the First Bill Date
- Manage Credentialing and Enrollment inventory in alignment with broader RCM operations
- Identify and implement automation opportunities to eliminate manual tasks and improve workflow efficiency
- Debug claim-level issues and simplify work queue processes for greater productivity
- Independently manage client expectations, SLA adherence, and escalation resolution with zero preventable escalations
- Deliver defect-free, on-time client reporting and maintain cross-functional collaboration with Operations, Technology, and Client Success teams
- Lead, coach, and retain the RCM operations team while keeping top-talent attrition below 10 percent
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across all RCM sub-functions and contribute to gross margin improvement for accounts valued at 1 million USD and above
Required Qualifications
- 8 to 12 years of experience in Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management
- Proven track record of managing large accounts and successfully onboarding new clients
- Demonstrated experience in process transformation and automation initiatives
- Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills to identify revenue leakage and process gaps
- Expertise in driving collections from aging and outstanding accounts receivable buckets
- Ability to exceed Medicare Fee Schedule benchmarks for Net Collection Rate
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Proficiency in data-driven decision making and performance management

Requirements
- 8 to 12 years of RCM experience in a healthcare setting
- End-to-end knowledge of RCM processes including Billing, Claims, Denials, and Payments
- Experience managing large client accounts and onboarding new business
- Strong process transformation and automation implementation background
- Analytical mindset with expertise in revenue optimisation and A/R management
- Excellent client relationship and escalation management skills
- Demonstrated team leadership, coaching, and performance management ability
- Familiarity with Medicare Fee Schedule and Net Collection Rate benchmarks
