RCM AR Analyst - US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management

Role Overview ModMed Technologies India Private Limited is conducting a Mega Hiring Drive on 27th June 2026 in Hyderabad for the position of RCM AR Analyst specializing in US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management. Key Responsibilities - Work daily assigned denied and AR follow-up claims and resolve them in coordination with the Team Manager - Ensure all assigned claims are completed within defined productivity and quality benchmarks - Adhere strictly to standard operating procedures and internal tools to maintain high-quality claim resolution - Prioritize high-aging and high-dollar claims as well as payer-wise claim buckets to maximize recovery - Run analytical reports to identify bulk claim issues, denial trends, and root causes - Focus on first-time resolution to minimize repeated follow-ups and multiple touches - Coordinate closely with internal stakeholders while maintaining detailed call notes Required Qualifications - Minimum 2 to 4.6 years of experience in US Healthcare RCM with a focus on AR Calling - Hands-on experience handling Federal and Commercial insurance payers in a provider setup - Strong knowledge of billing scrubbers, clearinghouse processes, and payer rejection types - Good understanding of major AR scenarios across multiple payers - Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong analytical ability - Ability to multitask effectively and collaborate with multiple stakeholders - Any graduate degree from a recognized institution Why Join Us At ModMed, you will be part of a purpose-driven team that innovates boldly to improve medical practice success and patient outcomes every day.
