RCM AR Analyst - US Healthcare

Role Overview ModMed Technologies India Private Limited is hiring an RCM AR Analyst to join its US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management team in Hyderabad. This is a full-time, permanent role focused on managing denied and accounts receivable claims with accuracy, efficiency, and a strong commitment to first-time resolution. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience in AR calling, payer coordination, and denial management within a US provider setup. Key Responsibilities - Work on daily assigned denied and AR follow-up claims and resolve them in close coordination with the Team Manager - Ensure all assigned claims are completed within defined productivity and quality benchmarks - Adhere strictly to standard operating procedures and internal tools to maintain consistent claim resolution quality - Prioritize high-aging and high-dollar claims as well as payer-wise prioritization strategies to maximize efficiency - Run reports and perform deep-dive analysis to identify bulk claim issues and recurring denial trends - Identify root causes of denials and take corrective action to reduce avoidable rework and repeated follow-ups Required Qualifications - Minimum 2 to 4.8 years of experience in US Healthcare RCM with a strong focus on AR calling - Hands-on experience handling both Federal and Commercial insurance payers in a provider billing setup - Strong working knowledge of billing scrubbers, clearinghouses, and payer rejection codes - Good understanding of major AR scenarios across multiple payers - Excellent verbal communication and analytical skills with the ability to take detailed call notes - Strong multitasking ability and capacity to collaborate with multiple internal stakeholders - Any graduate degree from a recognised university Why Join Us At ModMed, you will be part of a purpose-driven team that places doctors and patients at the center of care through an intelligent, specialty-specific cloud platform.
