Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Site Reliability Engineer with strong Python expertise to provide L2 and L3 production support for our critical business applications. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring high availability, stability, and optimal performance of our enterprise systems. You will monitor batch jobs and online transactions, identify performance bottlenecks, and drive timely resolution of critical issues. Key Responsibilities - Provide L2/L3 Python SRE production support for critical business applications ensuring high availability and stability - Monitor and manage batch jobs and online transactions to proactively identify failures and performance issues - Resolve production failures and performance bottlenecks with minimal business impact - Drive timely resolution of critical issues and maintain detailed documentation of incidents and resolutions - Collaborate with development teams to implement improvements and preventive measures Required Qualifications - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related engineering discipline - 3-5 years of hands-on experience in Python SRE production support or mainframe application support in enterprise environment - Strong proficiency in Python programming and scripting - Experience with production support processes and high availability systems Why Join Us Infosys offers a dynamic work environment with opportunities to work on cutting-edge technologies and enterprise-scale systems. Requirements

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field - 3-5 years of Python SRE production support experience - 3-5 years of mainframe application support experience in enterprise environment - Strong Python programming skills - High availability systems knowledge - Finacle product support experience preferred - Knowledge of OpenSystem environments - Production support and maintenance process expertise - Application development knowledge
