Job Description

Role Overview Grahm, a trusted real estate platform backed by Credvest Group, is seeking a dynamic Property Sales Specialist in Bengaluru. In this entry-to-mid level role, you will guide prospective homebuyers through their home-buying journey, from property discovery to final purchase. You will act as a consultative advisor, understanding client requirements and connecting them with tailored projects to drive successful conversions. Key Responsibilities - Identify and connect with potential homebuyers to understand their specific needs and property preferences - Arrange and lead client site visits, presenting Grahm's real estate solutions and project portfolios - Convert qualified leads into home sales through consultative selling, advisory discussions, and negotiations - Develop and expand the developer partner ecosystem, enhancing Grahm's brand presence and credibility - Maintain relationships with existing developer partners to generate referrals and repeat business - Collaborate with internal operations and marketing teams to ensure seamless project execution and high customer satisfaction Required Qualifications - Graduate, Post-Graduate, or MBA degree in any discipline - 1 to 6 years of proven experience in B2C sales, preferably in real estate, luxury retail, or allied sectors - Strong capability to engage, influence, and negotiate with diverse client profiles - Excellent communication skills, with bi-lingual or multi-lingual proficiency being a strong plus - High level of self-motivation, ownership, and ability to work with minimal supervision Why Join Us At Grahm, we believe home buying is a life-changing journey, not just a transaction. Requirements

- Graduation or MBA in any stream - 1 to 6 years of experience in B2C sales, preferably in real estate, luxury, or allied sectors - Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and relationship-building skills - High ownership mindset with accountability for sales targets and site visit conversions - Good interpersonal skills and proficiency in using Google Workspace or Office365 - Ability to speak multiple languages is a strong advantage
