Project Manager

Role Overview Johnson Controls is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead ELV system installations and engineering deployments. Based in Gurugram, you will be responsible for meeting monthly revenue targets, managing stakeholder relations, and ensuring project safety. Key Responsibilities - Oversee execution of ELV projects to meet monthly revenue, billing, and collection targets. - Manage project budgets to maintain positive cash flows and improve margins. - Develop project schedules, financial plans, and resource allocations. - Act as the primary contact for client communication, ensuring high satisfaction. - Utilise corporate ISO processes to track project milestones, cost, and schedules. - Enforce strict adherence to safety standards in line with our Zero Harm policy. - Identify and mitigate project risks while managing teams across multiple locations. Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electronics, Electrical, or related field). - Nine or more years of experience in ELV project management. - Project management certification (PMP) or willingness to obtain it shortly. - Demonstrated business acumen, leadership skills, and communication capabilities. - Ability to travel 30% to 40% and relocate or travel within North-East India.
