Role Overview Join Johnson Controls as an OTC Controller in Pune to help reimagine the performance of smart, healthy, and sustainable buildings worldwide. In this critical leadership role, you will drive end-to-end revenue cycle operations and lead a high-performing finance team supporting UK and US markets. Your expertise will directly optimize working capital, standardise global processes, and ensure robust SOX compliance. Key Responsibilities - Lead the full Order-to-Cash lifecycle including customer master data governance, billing, and cash application - Drive days sales outstanding reduction, optimize cash flow, and manage bad debt provisions - Establish strong internal controls, segregation of duties, and manage SOX compliance frameworks - Partner with UK and US business leaders, Sales, and Customer Success to resolve customer billing disputes - Automate billing processes, optimize Sage Intact ERP, and drive global standardization initiatives - Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing India-based OTC operations team with clear performance metrics Required Qualifications - Chartered Accountant, CPA, or equivalent professional finance qualification - Minimum of 9 to 12 years of experience in OTC, accounts receivable, or finance operations - Proven track record of managing global OTC operations, specifically supporting US and UK markets - Extensive experience within a Shared Services or Global Capability Center environment - Strong knowledge of internal controls, audit readiness, and SOX governance Why Join Us We offer a collaborative and encouraging environment focused on your physical, financial, and emotional wellbeing.
