Project Coordinator

Role Overview WSP in India is looking for a Project Coordinator to support project management and financial operations in Bengaluru. You will coordinate billing, compile invoices, manage schedules, and perform Earned Value analysis. In this role, you will act as a key liaison between internal teams and global clients to ensure timely delivery. Key Responsibilities - Monitor project budgets, review timesheets, and draft client invoices. - Coordinate with project managers and client accounts to resolve billing queries. - Build and update project schedules using Primavera P6, MS Project, or Smartsheet. - Gather progress data from engineering teams to support Earned Value (EV) analysis. - Prepare project reports, WBS structures, and track planned versus actual project costs. - Support bid preparation, record scope changes, and compile project lessons learned. Required Qualifications - Engineering degree or Master's degree in Construction Management or Project Management. - 2 to 5 years of experience in project management or project controls with consultants. - Proficiency in MS Office suite, including advanced Excel, ERP systems, and SharePoint. - Hands-on experience with scheduling software such as Primavera P6 or MS Project. - Strong quantitative, analytical, planning, and communication skills. - Engineering degree or Master's in Construction/Project Management - 2 to 5 years of experience in project controls or project management - Advanced Excel skills and experience with Primavera P6 or MSP - Strong analytical, quantitative, and report-writing skills - Knowledge of Oracle ERP, Power BI, or MS Visio is a plus
