Product Manager Accessories & Audio

Role Overview Ample is seeking a strategic and analytical Product Manager for Accessories and Audio to take ownership of our enterprise portfolio in Bengaluru. You will manage categories including headsets, backpacks, input devices, docking stations, and other peripheral systems. In this role, you will define category strategies, manage relationships with global OEMs, design pricing frameworks, and support sales enablement to drive profitability. Key Responsibilities - Own the Accessories and Audio product portfolio and define regional category strategies by business segment - Serve as the primary liaison with major OEMs such as Logitech, Jabra, Poly, and Belkin to drive rebate programs and launches - Establish pricing frameworks, negotiate costs, manage target margins, and authorize non-standard deals - Enable sales teams with battle cards, solution plays, product training, and strategic RFP support - Coordinate with distributors on inventory planning, forecasting, stock aging, and regional SKU availability - Collaborate with marketing to run promotional campaigns and track ROI on marketing investments Required Qualifications - Bachelor degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is preferred) - Five or more years of experience in product management, category management, or partner relations in IT hardware - Strong commercial acumen with experience in pricing, margin protection, and vendor negotiation - Proven ability to manage distributor networks, inventory forecasting, and stock lifecycle - Strong analytical and presentation skills, with experience presenting performance reviews to leadership Why Join Us At Ample, you will play a key role in driving business growth within a highly dynamic and collaborative environment. - 5+ years of experience in category management or product management in the hardware or accessories domain - Direct experience managing relationships with tier-1 OEMs (e.g. Logitech, Jabra) - Strong financial and commercial skills (pricing, margin analysis, rebate structures) - Knowledge of distribution channel operations and stock planning - Excellent communication and presentation skills
