Role Overview Amazon is seeking a dynamic Procurement Manager to join our Middle Mile transportation and third-party warehouse operations team in Bengaluru. In this high-impact role, you will drive strategic sourcing, contract negotiations, and cost-optimization initiatives. You will work closely with operations and cross-functional teams to deliver commercial innovation and secure third-party partners for new launches. Key Responsibilities - Lead procurement for Quick Commerce and third-party warehousing logistics, developing sourcing strategies that optimize cost structures. - Identify, evaluate, and build strategic partnerships with vendors to drive service quality, reliability, and innovation. - Develop innovative commercial models and negotiate comprehensive procurement agreements. - Collaborate with operations and process excellence teams to streamline procurement systems and metrics. - Establish legal documentation and evaluate potential partners for upcoming warehouse and transportation launches. Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field. - Solid understanding of strategic sourcing, contract administration, and negotiation techniques. - Excellent analytical skills with the ability to perform spend analysis and utilize performance metrics. - Proven capability to partner with and influence internal customers and cross-functional stakeholders.
