Procure To Pay Operations Associate

Role Overview Accenture is looking for a Procure to Pay Operations Associate to join its Finance Operations vertical in Bengaluru. In this role, you will support end-to-end procurement and payment activities, helping the organization maintain financial accuracy and operational efficiency. You will work as an individual contributor within a structured team environment, handling routine tasks with guidance from supervisors. Key Responsibilities - Manage and process incoming invoices, ensuring accuracy through verification and matching with purchase orders and delivery receipts - Handle vendor payments and maintain vendor master data to support smooth procurement operations - Perform transaction reconciliation and assist in resolving invoice or payment disputes in a timely manner - Collect and analyse operational data and reports to support financial outcomes within the Procure to Pay cycle - Work efficiently across multiple internal systems to execute daily process tasks as per defined guidelines - Coordinate within the team and with direct supervisors to resolve routine process issues using established precedents Required Qualifications - Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) or any graduate degree - 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in Procure to Pay operations or invoice processing - Familiarity with accounts payable, PO and non-PO invoicing, and vendor management - Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and handle disputes professionally - Comfortable working in rotational shifts and navigating multiple software systems Why Join Us Accenture operates across more than 120 countries with a workforce of over 784,000 professionals, offering unparalleled career growth and exposure to world-class finance operations.
