Process Executive

Role Overview Equiniti is a global leader in retirement and pensions administration, serving over 11 million pension scheme members with nearly two centuries of financial expertise. The Process Executive role at EQ Retirement Solutions involves carrying out assigned operational duties in line with defined procedures and service standards, ensuring prompt and accurate handling of client and shareholder requests. You will serve as a key link between Relationship Managers and clients, managing daily workload reviews and ensuring timely completion of all assigned tasks. Key Responsibilities - Deliver high-quality pension reconciliation and payroll control services in compliance with Service Level Agreements - Follow Standard Operating Procedures and raise any proposed procedural changes with management before implementation - Process daily workloads and keep the Subject Matter Expert and team members informed of progress to meet reporting deadlines - Coordinate with other teams within Retirement Solutions to resolve mismatches or technical issues - Use multiple EQ pension administration systems to access and retrieve banking data accurately Required Qualifications - Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools including Excel, Outlook, Teams and Snipping Tool - Ability to collate data, run macros and apply basic formulas in Microsoft Excel - Experience using internet banking platforms to access and retrieve bank statement data - Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage and input large volumes of data - Good mathematical aptitude and strong organisational and multitasking skills - Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines both independently and as part of a team - Prior experience in an operations environment is desirable but not required - Basic awareness of Client Money Regulations and UK Tax system is an added advantage Why Join Us At Equiniti, you will be part of a purpose-driven global team committed to helping people secure a confident financial future through innovation and excellence.
