Process Associate – Order Management (Healthcare Voice)

Proactively identify potential risks or threats in the order lifecycle and recommend appropriate corrective measures. Ensure strict compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and operational timelines to maintain service quality. Maintain thorough documentation of all order-related interactions and updates in relevant systems. Required Qualifications A bachelor's degree in any discipline is required, with a postgraduate qualification considered an added advantage. Up to one year of prior exposure to the healthcare domain is preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English are essential for this voice-based role. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple queries under pressure while maintaining professionalism and accuracy. Willingness to work in rotational shifts as per business requirements.
