Role Overview
IBM is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Process Associate to join its Healthcare Order Management team in Gurugram. In this voice-based role, you will be a key point of contact for handling healthcare-related orders and inquiries, ensuring seamless coordination and timely resolution. Key Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate end-to-end order management activities within the healthcare domain, ensuring accuracy and adherence to defined processes. Handle inbound and outbound voice interactions along with email follow-ups to address client and stakeholder queries effectively. Proactively identify potential risks or threats in the order lifecycle and recommend appropriate corrective measures. Ensure strict compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and operational timelines to maintain service quality. Maintain thorough documentation of all order-related interactions and updates in relevant systems.
Required Qualifications
A bachelor's degree in any discipline is required, with a postgraduate qualification considered an added advantage. Up to one year of prior exposure to the healthcare domain is preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English are essential for this voice-based role. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple queries under pressure while maintaining professionalism and accuracy. Willingness to work in rotational shifts as per business requirements.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (postgraduate qualification is a plus)
0 to 1 year of experience in a healthcare or related domain
Proficiency in handling customer queries via voice calls and email
Strong communication skills with fluency in English
Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
Flexibility to work in rotational shifts
Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong interpersonal and organisational abilities
Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach
