Payroll Specialist

Role Overview Vialto Partners, a globally recognised leader in mobility services, is looking for a Payroll Specialist to join their Bengaluru team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse international client base and manage end-to-end payroll operations across multiple countries and jurisdictions. You will play a key role in ensuring payroll accuracy, compliance, and seamless delivery for clients of varying complexity. Key Responsibilities - Manage the complete monthly payroll cycle for clients across multiple geographies and regulatory environments - Support or independently lead the implementation of global payroll platforms for client organisations - Collect, validate, and maintain payroll data across digital platforms to ensure accuracy and availability - Plan and coordinate payroll compliance requirements for a range of clients - Process full-cycle payroll for multiple clients with medium to high complexity while meeting deadlines - Research client-specific queries and systemic issues to deliver well-informed solutions - Evaluate and improve existing payroll processes and systems to drive efficiency - Lead project planning activities and monitor the progress of key work streams through to completion - Manage cross-functional work streams, business dependencies, and multiple stakeholder relationships - Facilitate change management for clients transitioning to new operational methods - Develop communication and engagement plans to support client adoption of new systems - Establish and oversee project budgets and collaborate across service lines to optimise internal processes Required Qualifications - Bachelor degree in Business Administration or a related field - One to four years of relevant payroll or related experience - Strong understanding of payroll compliance and cross-border payroll operations - Excellent organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills - Ability to handle multiple clients and projects simultaneously with attention to detail Why Join Us Vialto Partners offers a truly global work environment with over 6,500 professionals across 50 countries, giving you unmatched exposure to international clients and cross-border payroll challenges. - Bachelor degree in Business Administration or related field - 1 to 4 years of relevant payroll experience - Knowledge of end-to-end payroll processing - Experience with global payroll platforms is an advantage - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities - Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously - Understanding of payroll compliance across jurisdictions
