Job Description

Role Overview This position involves providing comprehensive client services for payroll administration while ensuring accuracy and operational efficiency. You will work closely with the Delivery Services Management team to identify and resolve client issues, maintain current HR records, and contribute to process improvements that enhance both speed and accuracy. Key Responsibilities - Read, understand, and analyze client payroll processes according to established business rules and execute transactions accurately - Escalate complex issues to appropriate stakeholders and perform root cause analysis on problems to suggest corrective actions - Execute the complete range of payroll processing tasks as a hands-on processor while following detailed work instructions - Participate in client conference calls as required and maintain comprehensive documentation of interactions and outcomes - Update process metrics daily, maintain MIS reports, and propose improvement ideas to reduce time and enhance controls - Ensure all assigned tasks are completed with precision and timeliness while maintaining client data security and confidentiality Required Qualifications - Any graduate degree with 1 to 3 years of payroll management or business process experience - Strong knowledge of payroll processes and ability to understand complex business rules - Proficiency in MS Office and Excel with excellent written and verbal English communication skills Why Join Us Join Accenture to work on meaningful payroll operations for global clients while developing your expertise in process management and business analytics. Requirements

- Payroll process design and payroll management knowledge - 1 to 3 years of payroll or business process management experience - Strong command of MS Excel and MS Office applications - Excellent written and verbal English communication abilities - Proficiency in reading and analyzing complex business processes - Root cause analysis and problem-solving skills - Attention to detail with quality-driven approach to work - Strong customer orientation and responsiveness to urgent requests - Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines - Knowledge of SuccessFactors is a plus - Exposure to BPO industry is desirable - Flexibility to work in rotational shifts
