Order Management Representative

Role Overview Live Connections is looking for a detail-oriented Order Management Representative to join its operations team in Bengaluru. This role involves managing end-to-end order processing activities and ensuring seamless coordination between customers and internal teams. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organised, and committed to delivering high levels of operational accuracy and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities - Process and manage customer orders from receipt through to fulfilment - Coordinate with internal departments such as logistics, warehouse, and finance to ensure timely order delivery - Monitor order status and proactively communicate updates to customers and stakeholders - Resolve order discrepancies, returns, and escalations in a timely and professional manner - Maintain accurate records of all order transactions in the system - Generate reports on order status, fulfilment rates, and issue tracking Required Qualifications - Graduate degree in any discipline - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Proficiency in MS Office tools, especially Excel - Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment - Prior experience in order management or back-office operations is an added advantage Why Join Us Live Connections offers a collaborative work environment where employees are empowered to grow their careers in operations and client servicing.
