Network and Services Operation Associate

Role Overview This position involves managing the complete order to activation lifecycle for telecom services, ensuring accurate and timely service delivery with minimal fallout. You will work with advanced order management systems and collaborate across multiple teams to guarantee first-time-right activation of telecom products. This role is crucial for maintaining service quality and meeting activation service level agreements. - Experience with telecom products including MPLS, DIA, SD-WAN, Voice, and Wireless - Strong knowledge of network fundamentals including IP, VLANs, bandwidth, and routing concepts - Hands-on experience with order management and provisioning systems like Amdocs, Netcracker, or ServiceNow - Understanding of activation workflows and order cycle processes - Proficiency in Excel and data analysis for validation and reconciliation tasks - Knowledge of key performance indicators including order cycle time, fallout rate, and first-time-right activation percentage - Basic understanding of network configurations at read level - Automation mindset with focus on workflow improvement and efficiency - Strong coordination and communication skills across cross-functional teams
