Key Responsibilities - Design, develop, and deliver architectural projects at various stages from concept to completion - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including procurement, site, accounts, and business development - Manage vendor relationships and procurement processes as applicable to your role - Handle site supervision, project timelines, and quality checks for engineering and project management roles - Support business development efforts to drive client acquisition and partnerships - Prepare accurate drawings, plans, and documentation as a draftsman or architect - Manage accounts, financial records, and reporting for finance roles Required Qualifications - Architecture Intern: Pursuing or recently completed B.Arch degree - Junior Architect: 0 to 2 years of experience with a degree in Architecture - Senior Architect: 3 to 5 years of hands-on architectural experience - Associate Architect: 5 to 9 years of experience in architectural design and project leadership - Business Development Manager: Proven experience in client acquisition and business growth - Procurement and Vendor Management: Experience in vendor coordination and supply chain management - Accounts and Finance: Background in accounting, finance, or commerce - Draftsmen: Proficiency in AutoCAD and technical drawing tools - Site Engineer: Civil or architecture background with site management experience - Project Manager: Strong experience managing end-to-end construction or design projects Why Join Us Architecture WIP offers a stimulating and rewarding work environment where creativity meets ambition.
