Medical Coordinator - International Voice Process

Role Overview Sunknowledge is urgently hiring Medical Coordinators for its International KPO operations in Kolkata. In this role, you will serve as the key communication bridge between US-based doctors, patients, and insurance companies, ensuring smooth coordination in medical billing and related processes. This is a fixed night shift, full-time position with guaranteed weekends off and excellent compensation benefits. - Gross salary of 15,000 to 19,000 per month based on experience - Monthly in-hand salary of 13,800 to 17,500 after PF and ESIC deductions - 1,000 monthly attendance bonus for zero absenteeism - Statutory bonus of 15,000 on completion of one year - Subsidized daily meals at 35 per day - Company-provided drop facility after 12:00 AM - Monthly travel allowance of 1,800 if drop facility is not availed - Fixed Saturday and Sunday off - Monday to Friday five-day work week
