Material and Asset Engineer

Role Overview Coda Technology Solutions Pvt Ltd is seeking a skilled and motivated Material and Asset Engineer to join our growing team in Chennai. This role is central to ensuring the reliability, availability, and optimal performance of critical production equipment and systems. You will play a key part in driving maintenance excellence and supporting long-term operational efficiency across the organization. Key Responsibilities - Lead and facilitate Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) and streamlined RCM processes across production systems - Assess and continuously optimize maintenance asset strategies to ensure peak equipment performance - Develop and implement effective maintenance plans designed to minimize downtime and reduce operational costs - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, diagnose, and resolve technical and operational issues - Conduct regular compliance audits to ensure adherence to relevant industry standards and best practices - Provide hands-on training and mentorship to junior engineers and technicians on RCM methodologies and asset management practices Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related field - Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in material and asset management - Strong working knowledge of RCM principles, frameworks, and practices - Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills - Proven ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment - Familiarity with industry standards, procurement processes, and best practices in asset lifecycle management Why Join Us Coda Technology Solutions is a forward-thinking technology company committed to innovation, quality, and building lasting partnerships with clients.
