Management Trainee - Influencer Marketing

Role Overview Qoruz is seeking a motivated and digitally aware Management Trainee in Influencer Marketing to join their expanding team in HSR Layout, Bangalore. This entry-level opportunity is ideal for freshers who are passionate about social media, content creators, and the evolving creator economy. The role includes a structured training period of 3 to 6 months, after which high-performing trainees will be promoted to Junior Influencer Marketing Specialist with a salary hike. Key Responsibilities - Assist in identifying and onboarding suitable influencers across various social media platforms - Support end-to-end execution of influencer marketing campaigns from planning to delivery - Coordinate with content creators regarding timelines, approvals, and deliverables - Help monitor and track campaign performance metrics and maintain detailed reports - Research emerging social media trends, viral content, and new creators in the digital space - Collaborate with internal teams across strategy, content, and sales functions - Manage and update campaign data and creator databases regularly Required Qualifications - Fresher or up to 6 months of experience in digital or influencer marketing - Strong interest in social media platforms, content creators, and online trends - Good written and verbal communication along with solid coordination skills - Basic understanding of Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn ecosystems - Organized, proactive, and enthusiastic about learning in a startup environment - Familiarity with Google Sheets or Excel is an added advantage Why Join Us Qoruz offers hands-on exposure to real influencer marketing campaigns with leading brands and creators in a fast-paced, growth-driven startup culture.
