Lead Java FullStack Software Engineer - Java ReactJS Microservices

Role Overview EPAM Systems is hiring an experienced Lead Java FullStack Software Engineer to spearhead the design, development, and maintenance of enterprise-grade software solutions. Key Responsibilities - Lead end-to-end development of Java-based applications using Spring Boot and Microservices architecture - Build and manage front-end solutions with React.js including Micro Frontend (MFE) architectures - Handle database development and integration tasks using PostgreSQL, Oracle, or SQLServer - Oversee application containerisation and manage cloud deployments on Azure or equivalent platforms - Design and implement scalable back-end REST APIs and distributed Microservices - Conduct code reviews and unit testing to uphold high-quality development standards - Mentor junior and mid-level developers and foster a culture of continuous improvement - Participate in SCRUM ceremonies including sprint planning, estimation, and retrospectives Required Qualifications - 8 or more years of hands-on experience with Java including Java 8, Core Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices - Strong proficiency in front-end technologies such as React.js, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3 - Proven experience deploying and managing applications on Azure or comparable cloud platforms - Solid grasp of object-oriented design principles, design patterns, and RESTful web services - Experience with unit testing frameworks and structured code review processes - Competency in relational database technologies, preferably SQLServer, PostgreSQL, or Oracle - Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project estimation practices Why Join Us EPAM Systems is a globally recognised technology services company known for its engineering excellence and innovation-first culture.
