Job Description

Role Overview Intellipaat is hiring an Enterprise Sales Manager and Key Account Manager for our office in Bengaluru on a full-time, work-from-office basis. You will be responsible for driving B2B sales, securing corporate training contracts, and managing key enterprise accounts. In this individual contributor role, you will build relationships with corporate clients, make executive presentations, and achieve revenue targets. Key Responsibilities - Drive business growth by acquiring new enterprise clients and managing existing key corporate accounts. - Establish relationships with senior decision-makers, deliver presentations, and submit tailored corporate training proposals. - Manage end-to-end sales pipelines, from prospecting via direct calls to contract closure and payment collection. - Coordinate with product, tech, and delivery teams to address client training requirements and resolve issues. - Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities for Intellipaat's offerings. Required Qualifications - 2 or more years of experience in B2B sales, corporate training sales, or enterprise account management within the EdTech sector. - Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with an engaging professional personality. - Proven track record of closing B2B enterprise deals and achieving assigned sales quotas. - Ability to travel for client meetings and manage accounts independently. Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of B2B corporate sales experience specifically in the EdTech or training industry. - Strong track record of enterprise client acquisition and relationship management. - Exceptional oral, written, and presentation skills. - Professional personality with the ability to pitch to C-level executives. - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
