Junior Engineer

Role Overview Guidehouse is seeking a motivated Junior Engineer to join our Service Desk team in Hyderabad. In this entry-level role, you will provide first-level technical support to global users through calls, chats, and tickets. Key Responsibilities - Provide Level 1 technical assistance to global users via calls, chats, and support tickets. - Log, prioritize, and manage incidents and service requests in the ticketing tool. - Diagnose and resolve basic technical issues following standard troubleshooting steps. - Resolve operating system, MS Office, email, and internet connectivity issues. - Escalate complex problems to higher-level IT support teams when needed. - Maintain detailed documentation of incidents, solutions, and user queries. Required Qualifications - Graduate in Engineering or Science from a recognized educational institution. - Pass out batches of 2025 or 2026 are highly preferred. - Good verbal and written English communication skills. - Basic hands-on knowledge of desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices. - Strong problem-solving mindset and eagerness to learn new tools.
