Senior Developer - Microsoft Dynamics 365

Role Overview Guidehouse is seeking a skilled Senior Developer in Microsoft Dynamics 365 to join our team in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. Key Responsibilities - Design, configure, and develop custom solutions on the Microsoft Power Platform. - Active participation in supporting and extending Dynamics 365 application features. - Build and deploy business applications using C, SQL, .Net, and CRM SDK. - Monitor batch jobs and integrations, ensuring prompt issue resolution. - Develop custom plugins, PowerApps, Power Automate flows, and Power BI dashboards. - Collaborate with Agile teams and present technical solutions to stakeholders. - Integrate systems using Scribe and work across the full MS BI stack. Required Qualifications - BE/B.Tech degree in Engineering or a relevant technical discipline. - Minimum of 8 years of IT experience, with 5 years focused on Microsoft Dynamics. - Hands-on experience with Dynamics CRM Customer Experience and Power Platform. - Proficiency in C, SQL, .Net, CRM SDK, plugins, and Power Automate. - Solid knowledge of relational database concepts and Agile methodologies. - Working knowledge across MS Dynamics D365 Customer Engagement modules.
