Investment Banking Analyst

Role Overview CF Corporation, through its dedicated investment recruitment arm CF Invest, is hiring Investment Banking Analysts on behalf of a top-tier bulge bracket investment bank in Bengaluru. Key Responsibilities - Support execution of M&A, capital raising, and strategic advisory transactions end to end - Build and maintain comprehensive financial models to evaluate deals and strategic options - Prepare high-quality client-facing materials including pitch books, information memoranda, and transaction documents - Conduct in-depth company, sector, and market research to support deal origination and execution - Assist senior bankers in managing transaction workstreams, timelines, and deal coordination - Support due diligence processes by analysing data and liaising with internal and external stakeholders - Contribute to client development through research, analysis, and preparation of marketing content - Assess transaction risks and ensure compliance with regulatory and internal control requirements - Collaborate effectively across banking, markets, legal, risk, and compliance teams Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, or any numerate discipline - Graduates from any degree background are welcome to apply - Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to produce polished client-ready materials - High attention to detail, sharp analytical thinking, and excellent organisational skills - Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment - Sound understanding of risk management, regulatory expectations, and compliance standards Why Join Us This role offers an exceptional launchpad into global investment banking at a world-class institution, with a highly competitive compensation package including relocation support and a lucrative bonus structure.
