Job Description

Role Overview Labcorp is hiring an Investigator Support Assistant to be part of its Global Investigator Support team based out of Brigade Twin Towers, Yeshwanthpur, Bengaluru. This is a full-time, office-based role with rotational shift timings, offering an excellent opportunity for entry-level candidates to build a career in clinical research operations and investigator site support. You will work closely with global coordinators and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth, compliant, and timely support to investigator sites worldwide. Key Responsibilities - Provide timely operational support to the Global Investigator Support department and execute delegated tasks as per defined workflows - Manage and maintain regular communication with investigator sites via email and approved channels, ensuring all queries and requests are addressed promptly - Prepare and coordinate airway bills, shipping documentation, and follow up on samples delivered in error until resolution - Assist investigator sites with Investigator Portal and Sponsor Portal access, login issues, and related inquiries - Compile and distribute communications regarding new or updated policies and procedures to investigator sites - Search, update, and maintain accurate investigator site data within internal systems for ongoing follow-up activities - Resolve simple to moderate system-generated or globally assigned hold issues and escalate complex matters to global coordinators or management - Document service failures and collaborate with global teams to drive issue resolution in a timely manner - Maintain training records, review SOPs and controlled documents, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements - Track, analyze, and report workflow metrics as per management-defined timelines - Participate in continuous learning initiatives and complete all mandatory onboarding, corporate, and compliance training programs Required Qualifications - Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent educational background - Basic understanding of clinical research processes and operational support functions - Strong written and verbal communication skills in English - High attention to detail with strong documentation and organisational abilities - Proficiency in basic computer applications and ability to work with internal systems - Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritise effectively, and meet deadlines - Willingness to work in a regulated, compliance-driven environment - Customer-focused mindset with a strong commitment to patient safety Why Join Us Labcorp is a globally respected name in clinical laboratory services and drug development support, offering a structured and inclusive work environment where your contributions directly impact patient safety and clinical trial outcomes. Requirements
